Biorce Appoints Life Sciences Executive as Chief Operating Officer to Support Global Growth

With extensive experience leading organizations through rapid growth, international expansion, and AI transformation, Erfurth will help support Biorce as it scales its operations and continues to build the future of clinical development.

A four-time Chief People Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Erfurth has led People organizations through significant periods of growth at companies including ServiceNow and Align Technology. At ServiceNow, Erfurth helped lead the organization through growth from $500 million to $4.5 billion in revenue and from 5,000 to 15,000 employees. At Align Technology, Erfurth supported the company’s expansion from $300 million to $2.5 billion in revenue and into more than 30 countries. Most recently, as Chief People Officer at OPSWAT, Erfurth built AI-first People services and led enterprise AI transformation across the function.
